All pieces will be dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location.
​All items will be shipped using either Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS ( or similar ) for all UK sales.

For shipping outside of the UK we use UPS & Royal Mail.

prints will be shipped in tubes or print boxes. Everything else will be shipped in secure boxes with internal bubble wrap. Certain items ( sculptures ) will be shipped in triple wall boxes.

All items shipped will be tracked (tracking number WILL BE PROVIDED) and may Require a signature.
All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Deciding that you don't like it anymore, it doesn't fit the colour scheme in your living room or it's not the right size does not warrant a refund. You have seen what it looks like and you have seen the size details so please make sure you have checked before purchasing. We will of course aim to work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
